3anta Aria PD 2015-06456: Supplemental Repoit by #2592 Page 5 of 9 <br />-2 magazines in a magazine pouch on the left front <br />-Taser X-26 model in a holster on left hip (serial # <br />-Glock model 22 .40 caliber handgun (serial # with weapon mounted light in <br />holster on right hip <br />-2 single handcuff cases each containing a pair of handcuffs on rear waist <br />-black key pouch, and baton ring <br />-knife in sap-pocket <br />LFS Hayes examined Enriquez' duty weapon, there was a cartridge in the chamber <br />and 12 cartridges in the magazine. Each magazine in the magazine pouch was fully <br />loaded and each contained 15 cartridges. LFS Hayes collected the firearm. <br />Officer Enriquez also carried a back-up weapon; Smith and Wesson Airweight model <br /># 442-2 (serial #D loaded with 5 .38 caliber cartridges. LFS Hayes examined <br />Enriquez' back-up weapon which was loaded with 5 unexpended .38 caliber <br />cartridges. <br />LFS Hayes took overall photographs of Officer Enriquez and also swabbed what <br />appeared to be blood from Officer Enriquez' left boot. The boot was not collected. For <br />further details refer to LFS Hayes supplemental report under OCCL FR#15-43742. <br />1713 Hours: <br />Santa Ana Police Officer William Sweet #1805 was processed. Officer Sweet was <br />---wea-r-ittg-a-Sanfa-Ana-Pol-ice-E)epartmen-t-issued-poli-ce-uniform-with-S-anta-An-a-Po-lice - <br />patches on both sleeves and a metal Santa Ana Police officer Badge on his left chest. <br />Officer Sweet was wearing a black duty belt with the following items on the duty belt: <br />-Glock 22 .40 caliber handgun (serial # in a duty holster <br />-2 magazines in a magazine pouch <br />-Taser X-26 serial # <br />-Police Radio <br />-Handcuff case <br />-ASP in the left SAP pocket <br />LFS Hayes examined Officer Sweet's duty weapon, there was a cartridge in the <br />chamber and 12 cartridges in the magazine. Each magazine in the magazine pouch <br />was loaded with 14 rounds each.
