Cypress/M-Ain S-treet in th-e city' of San- ta An- a, CA. After thej <br />commission of the aforementioned crime, the suspect, later identified as Benito Osorio, <br />fled the scene in his white 2005 Toyota Tacoma, bearing the California license plate <br />assigned number and later became involved in an Officer Involved Shooting I <br />:(OIS) which occurred in the area of 200 S. Main Street. During investigation into this 1 <br />j OIS, SAPD Patrol Division Officer J. Berwanger #2001 was identified as a witness i:officer to the incident. <br />i Ii <br />'At approximately 1942 hours, QC DA Investigator D. Fulcher and I conducted an :iinterview with Officer Berwanger. This interview was conducted within an interview <br />iroom located within the SAPD Investigations Bureau and audio-recorded by DA Inv. : <br />Fulcher. Subsequent to the interview, DA Inv.
