Smith #1998 <br />ASSiSt <br />SAPD <br />On 3/1 1/15, at approximately 1725 hrs., I responded to the area of Main and Chestnut to relieve Sgt. <br />Smith #1998. Upon arrival, Sgt. Smith briefed me regarding the scene and I took a position on the south <br />side of the perimeter, on Main, near Chestnut.
