Harris #49043, I responded to the intersection of South Main <br />Street and East Pine Street to relieve Sgt. Harris from an outside agency assistance call reference a <br />SAPD officer involved shooting to supervise SASPD persoi'u'iel in coordination with SAPD personnel, <br />I arrived at on scene assisting with traffic and crowd control until 2046 hours. At that time I was relieved <br />by an SAPD personnel.
