You <br />have a right to a hearing to determine the validity of this storage. If you desire to contest the validity of this storage you <br />must request the hearing in writing or in person. Regarding vehicles impounded for 30-days, your request for a <br />hearing must be received within ten (10) days of this Notice. If you request a hearing it will be conducted within 48 <br />hours of the request, excluding weekends and holidays. Your failure to request or attend a scheduled hearing shall <br />satisfy the Post-Storage Validity Hearing requirements of Vehicle Code Section 22852. There is a fee for this <br />release and the release must be obtained between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday at the Santa Ana <br />Police Department. <br />To obtain a release the vehicle should be cu istered and the istered owner must resent valid <br />identification (drivers license with photo, California I. D. with photo, or passport with photo).
