S.A. 15-005
Investigator: VIVIAN TABB Approved By:
Date of Report: 03/22/15 Date: 03/24/2015
Page 2 of 4
went outside to see what was going on, and saw several people taking videos and
standing around watching. She saw four police cars lined up across Main Street and four more
police cars behind them. The police cars were focused on a white pick-up truck. She saw a
police officer putting on a shield and then she heard 7-10 gunshots. Once she heard the
gunshots, she quickly went inside the business. She did not see anyone inside the pick-up truck
and she did not see anyone get out of the pick-up truck.
showed me the monitor of the business’ surveillance cameras through her
window. One camera view monitors the lobby. The second camera faces southbound and
covers the outside of the front door and parking lot area. The third camera faces westbound
and covers the parking lot west of the front door, and the fourth camera was an interior camera
of the interior of the business. There was one camera on the building which appeared to face
northbound on Main Street and appeared to be different than the cameras that belong to Med
Men. According to that camera does not belong to her business and the monitor I
viewed had no view of Main Street. The remaining businesses in that structure were vacant.
320 South Main Street #A, Santa Ana
Vacant
320 South Main Street #B, Santa Ana
Vacant

is the owner of Lucky Guys Burgers. Lucky Guys Burgers is located on
the southeast corner of Main Street and Chestnut Avenue. was in the back, but
several employees told him to come out to see what was going on. He walked to the front of
the business and saw several police cars that had stopped a car, but he could not see the car
