I also recalled OSORIO had a broken arm but could not recall <br />which arm. <br />Based on observations of multiple gunshot wounds, Osorio being asystole for <br />approximately 10 minutes prior to his arrival at the hospital, with no presence of blood <br />pressure, pulse, or respirations concluded OSORIO was deceased and pronounced him at <br />1514 hours.
