She then heard an officer say, “He’s got it to his head.” <br />Immediately after this, heard the sound of a single gunshot from inside the truck and stated <br />that the suspect had shot himself. OSORIO raised his arm one more time from a seated position <br />within his truck and officers opened fire on him. said that an officer went to the truck, <br />opened the driver door and pulled OSORIO out of the truck onto the street and called for <br />paramedics. believed that OSORIO was shot by police while still seated in his vehicle. <br /> took nine cellular telephone photographs of the scene following the officer involved <br />shooting. Most of the photographs depicted SAPD officers and fire personnel rendering medical aid <br />to OSORIO. I provided with my business card and email address so she could email the <br />photographs to me. I received the photographs on March 11, 2015, and later downloaded them to <br />a CD-R.
