And then the positioning of patrol cars, uh, that’s done for, for <br />safety and tactical considerations, correct? <br />SWEET: It is. <br />ACHZINGER: *** (MAKES SOUND) Uh, in your experience, uh, when a suspect is <br />compliant, uh, do they follow the commands given to them? <br />SWEET: Verbatim. <br />ACHZINGER: Okay. And in your experience when a suspect’s compliant is it normal <br />behavior for them to exit the vehicle with a weapon in hand or a firearm <br />in hand? <br />SWEET: No. <br />ACHZINGER: Okay. And then prior to this interview today were you provided a chance <br />to review any of the video surveillance footage… <br />SWEET: No. <br />ACHZINGER: …of the incident? Okay.
