The tow truck was accompanied by Santa Ana <br />Police Department personnel. <br />The following items were also collected by OCCL personnel at the shooting scene: <br />• One (1) apparent bullet fragment <br />• Two (2) bullets <br />• One (1) cartridge <br />• Twelve (12) cartridge cases <br />• Colt AR 15 rifle (S/N LEO59099) with three (3) magazines and cartridges <br /> At approximately 1634 hours, Orange County Crime Lab (OCCL) Lead Forensic Specialist <br />ANDREW HAYES arrived at the Santa Ana Police Department and collected the following items <br />under FR #15-43742: <br />Officer DAVID ENRIQUEZ #3082 <br />1. Glock, Model 22, .40 Caliber semi-automatic pistol, Serial Number: KEZ535 with weapon <br />mounted light, Streamlight, model TLR-1. <br />2. One magazine from the pistol containing 12 cartridges and one cartridge from the <br />chamber of the pistol (15 cartridge capacity magazine normally loaded with 15 <br />cartridges with 1 cartridge in the chamber)
