The bullet terminated into and was recovered from the interior <br />panel of the trucks bed (Evidence Photo Marker I-1). <br />A bullet hole was located in the lower left exterior portion of the trucks tailgate <br />(Evidence Photo Marker J). The bullet was located inside the interior left wheel well (Evidence <br />Photo Marker J-1, J-2 and J-3). <br />There was a bullet hole in the ceiling panel above and to the rear of t he driver’s seat <br />(Evidence Photo Marker K). There was an exit hole at the same location, on the exterior side of <br />the roof (Evidence Photo Marker K-1). The bullets termination point is unknown. <br /> On the center console was a box, containing 30 cartridges of “Blazer” 9mm <br />ammunition. Further determined to be; Luger, 9mm, 115 Grain, full metal jacketed (FMJ). The <br />“Smith and Wesson” gun case located on top of the center console contained the following <br />information affixed to it; “Smith and Wesson,” Model #6906, 9mm, 3 ½ inch barrel and serial <br />#VYY9444. The bed of the truck contained a pair of brown work boots and miscellaneous trash. <br />An Orange traffic cone and several personal items, un-related to this investigation, were <br />located throughout the vehicle. <br /> OCCL Forensic Scientist JARRETT collected the following evidence from the vehicle: <br /> Bullet from driver side “A” pillar <br /> 9mm cartridge from the driver’s seat <br /> 9mm cartridge case from the right font passenger floor <br /> Apparent metal fragment from the front passenger floor <br /> Apparent bullet fragment from the left rear passenger floor <br /> Box of 9mm CCI Blazer cartridges from the center console
