The glass in the driver’s door was shattered and was
missing from the door frame. There appeared to be a bullet strike mark in the center of the left,
rear, passenger door. There were two bullet holes in the exterior, left side (driver’s side) of the
tailgate. There was an exterior bullet hole in the roof of the vehicle; located just behind the
driver’s seat, and appeared to be an exit hole.
The preliminary examination of the interior of the Toyota pick-up truck revealed the
following:
On top of the center counsel, next to the gear shift lever and between the driver and
passenger seat was a “Smith and Wesson” gun case, blue in color which was open.
