SA 15-005 On the center console was a box, containing 30 cartridges of “Blazer” 9mm ammunition. Further determined to be; Luger, 9mm, 115 Grain, full metal jacketed (FMJ). The “Smith and Wesson” gun case located on top of the center console contained the following information affixed to it; “Smith and Wesson,” Model #6906, 9mm, 3 ½ inch barrel and serial #VYY9444. The bed of the truck contained a pair of brown work boots and miscellaneous trash. An Orange traffic cone and several personal items, un-related to this investigation, were located throughout the vehicle. OCCL Forensic Scientist JARRETT collected the following evidence from the vehicle: • Bullet from driver side “A” pillar • 9mm cartridge from the driver’s seat • 9mm cartridge case from the right font passenger floor • Apparent metal fragment from the front passenger floor • Apparent bullet fragment from the left rear passenger floor • Box of 9mm CCI Blazer cartridges from the center console OCCL Forensic Specialist SAHAGUN took (228) digital photographs of the vehicle and the contents. At approximately 1300 hours, I concluded the processing. The vehicle was released to the Santa Ana Police Department. Investigator: C.
