The Welcome Team is responsible for data collection, eligibility <br />verification, registration/enrollment, initial skills assessment, JTA and <br />referral to appropriate next steps. <br />A customer may be referred to The Product Box, Skills Team and/or <br />Employment Team at any point following the registration/enrollment. <br />Any team member, at any time can refer a customer to the menu of <br />services from the Product Box, such as: <br />¦ Workshops: Resume, Interviewing On Line Applications, etc. <br />¦ On Line E-Learning <br />¦ Labor Market Information <br />¦ Veteran Services <br />¦ Computer Classes <br />¦ ESL Classes <br />¦ Comprehensive Assessment <br />¦ GED Assistance <br />¦ Continued Education <br />ll. The Skills Team is responsible for comprehensive assessments and <br />skills enhancement activities. <br />Customers determined to be in need of some form of skill <br />enhancement will be offered demand driven services such as: <br />¦ Occupational and vocational skills training <br />¦ OJT <br />¦ Adult Education <br />¦ Job Readiness workshops <br />¦ Customized training <br />¦ Basic Skills Remediation <br />¦ Workplace literacy <br />¦ Apprenticeship programs <br />¦ Interviewing workshops <br />¦ Tutorial programs <br />¦ Comprehensive Assessment <br />Ill.
