She is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of <br />America. <br />SELECTED PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />¦ City of Anaheim: Public Involvement Program for the Anaheim Fixed- <br />Guideway Transit Corridor Study (EIR/EIS). Michelle serves as project manager <br />and is tasked with developing a public involvement program and an aggressive <br />public outreach strategy for the project. The public outreach strategy is designed to <br />educate stakeholders, elected officials, and other target audiences and ensure <br />maximum public input throughout the study. <br />¦ California High Speed Rail Authority: Public Involvement Program for the <br />Anaheim to Los Angeles Segment. As deputy project manager Michelle manages <br />the public outreach efforts for the Anaheim to Los Angeles section of the California <br />High-Speed Rail project with emphasis on media relations. This comprehensive <br />program meets the requirements of the environmental process while building <br />awareness and engagement throughout the corridor and the region. <br />Accredited Member, Public <br />Relations Society of America <br />40% <br />¦ Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA): Public Involvement Program <br />for the 1-405 Environmental Phase. As project manager Michelle assists with <br />strategy development and oversees task delivery of the public involvement program <br />for OCTA's 1-405 Improvement Project. The public involvement program is being <br />conducted to meet the requirements of CEQA and NEPA while broadening the <br />dialogue surrounding this regional corridor. The program utilizes both traditional <br />outreach and social media tactics to reach and engage stakeholders. <br />¦ Iberdrola Renewables: Tule Wind Project Outreach Program. Consensus Inc. is <br />currently implementing a comprehensive community outreach and support building <br />program for the Tule Wind Project in connection to their initiation of the CEQA and <br />NEPA processes. Michelle develops the outreach and social media strategy for <br />Tule Wind Project.
