ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />• MINUTES <br />AUGUST 12, 2010 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2010-05 <br />10:34 a.m. <br />Vince Fregoso, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Ryan Hodge, Deputy City Attorney, Hally Soboleske, <br />Associate Planner, Yolanda Pena & Mike McCoy, Police Department, and Martha <br />Ramirez, Recording Secretary. <br />Associate Planner Hally Soboleske presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />There were no written communications. Ms. Soboleske was contacted by Ana Carricchi, <br />Latino Health Access, to express opposition with the alcoholic beverage control license. <br />The public hearing was open. No public members spoke.
