Narrative: Narrative <br />On December 1, 2024, Officer Egg and I responded to assist officers that were involved in an officer-involved shooting <br />in the area of First St. and Broadway. We responded from the area of Santa Clara and Tustin Avenue. We arrived on <br />scene at approximately 1736 hours. Upon arrival I assisted with helping officers establish a perimeter by setting up <br />crime scene tape. On 12/02/24, at 0130 hours left the crime scene. <br />This concludes my involvement in this investigation. <br />Officer D. Jurado #3930 <br />Author: Jurado, Daniel 3930 BWC Activated <br />Narrative: Narrative <br />Decedent: Noe Rodriguez Martinez 05/19/93 <br />On 12/01/24 at approximately 1803 hours I responded to 116 N. Broadway for crime scene investigation on an officer <br />involved shooting. I arrived on scene at approximately 1811 hours. <br />It shall be noted that during the incident my department issued Axon body worn camera (BWC) was activated and <br />recording at certain points in the investigation. <br />Upon arrival I met with Sgt. McClaskey #3110 who requested photographs of the scene. I observed the scene was <br />secured with yellow crime scene tape at 1st/Broadway and at 3rd/Broadway. I took overall photographs of the scene <br />from the outer perimeter at 1st and Broadway. I cleared the scene at approximately 1849 hours. <br />At 2126 hours I responded to OC Global Medical Center. I arrived on scene at 2139 hours. I met with Homicide <br />Detective Nunez #2536 and Internal Affairs Kim #3198. They were standing by with the decedent <br />Martinez in the Prompt Care Room, bed #A. Deputy Coroner Tasse #9396 arrived shortly after at approximately 2150 <br />hours. <br />I observed the decedent was covered with a white blanket. Coroner Tasse started his field evaluation of and <br />noted the following injuries: <br />Two gunshot wounds to the upper chest <br />Two gunshot wounds to the right shoulder <br />One gunshot below the right temple and in front of his right ear <br />One gunshot wound to the left side of his jaw line <br />Santa Ana PD 2024-26142 Report by Enriquez, David 3082 53 of 90
