2200 hours: <br />Senior Deputy Coroner Tasse removed the white sheet that was covering the body of . I observed  <br /> be laying nude in a supine position with medical paraphernalia and a chest tube on the right side of his <br />body. I observed   to have a laceration to the left side of his chest, caused by thoracotomy procedure.  <br />I observed the following gunshot wounds on Rodriguez body: <br />Gunshot wound to the right side of the face.  <br />Gunshot wound to the left side of the face. <br />Gunshot wound to the neck. <br />Gunshot wound to the upper left chest. <br />Gunshot wound to left bicep. <br />Gunshot wound to the left inner forearm. <br />Gunshot wound to the left outer forearm. <br />Gunshot wound to the left elbow. <br />Gunshot wound to the left triceps area. <br />Gunshot wound to the left lower forearm. <br />Gunshot wound to the right outer shoulder. <br />Gunshot wound to the right posterior shoulder. <br />Gunshot wound to the back of the neck. <br />Gunshot wound to the back of the right shoulder. <br />Gunshot wound to the center of the back. <br />Gunshot wound to the lower left side of the back. <br />I observed a tattoo with the word “  on the right outer forearm. <br />2225 hours: <br /> from Traditional Funeral Services arrived. <br />Santa Ana PD 2024-26142 Report by Enriquez, David 3082 76 of 90
