Upon arrival I met with Sgt. McClaskey #3110 who requested photographs of the scene. I observed the scene was <br />secured with yellow crime scene tape at 1st/Broadway and at 3rd/Broadway. I took overall photographs of the scene <br />from the outer perimeter at 1st and Broadway. I cleared the scene at approximately 1849 hours. <br />At 2126 hours I responded to OC Global Medical Center. I arrived on scene at 2139 hours. I met with Homicide <br />Detective Nunez #2536 and Internal Affairs Kim #3198. They were standing by with the decedent <br /> in the Prompt Care Room, bed #A. Deputy Coroner Tasse #9396 arrived shortly after at approximately 2150 <br />hours. <br />I observed the decedent was covered with a white blanket. Coroner Tasse started his field evaluation of and <br />noted the following injuries: <br />Two gunshot wounds to the upper chest <br />Two gunshot wounds to the right shoulder <br />One gunshot below the right temple and in front of his right ear <br />One gunshot wound to the left side of his jaw line <br />One gunshot wound to the left bicep <br />One gunshot wound by the left inner elbow <br />One gunshot wound to the left forearm <br />One gunshot wound to the left tricep <br />One gunshot wound to the left elbow area (just above) <br />One gunshot wound to the left lower forearm <br />One gunshot wound to the center of the upper back <br />One gunshot wound to the middle left side of back <br />One gunshot wound to the right shoulder blade <br />One gunshot wound to the left lower back <br />For further details refer to Coroner Tasse’s report under CI# 24-06111-TA. I took overall, mid-range and close-up <br />photographs of decedent and his above listed injuries.
