On 12/01/24 at approximately 1735 hours, Corporal J. Rosales and I responded to an officer involved shooting at the <br />area of 2nd Street and Broadway. I arrived on scene and was tasked with the crime scene log who I later relinquished <br />to Officer A. Sanudo. <br /> I then was tasked with obtaining statements from possible witnesses that were inside the Guadalajara Furniture Inc.  <br />store located at 117 N Broadway while the incident occurred. I spoke to a to 4 witnesses who stated the following: <br />INTERVEW WITH <br /> stated she was sitting on her chair when she heard gunshots  had no further information. <br />INTERVEW WTH <br />stated she was in the restroom that is located in the back of Guadalajara Furniture Inc. and was only able to <br />hear gunshots. had no further information. <br />INTERVIEW WITH <br />stated she was inside the Guadalajara Furniture store when she heard three gun shots. had no further <br />information. <br />INTERVEIW WITH <br /> stated he was in the back of the store and only heard gunshots. <br />This concludes my involvement with this incident.  <br />Author: Gonzalez, Jenny 3970 BWC Activated <br />Santa Ana PD 2024-26142 Report by Gonzalez, Jenny 3970 3 of 3
