Narrative: Narrative <br />Related Reports: <br />Orange County Sheriff’s Department Coroner Division 24-06111 –TA <br />Department of Justice Office of the Attorney General BI #LA 2024-00097 <br />Sunday, December 1, 2024, 1745 hours: <br />Sergeant M. Lemmon #3174 of the Santa Ana Police Department Homicide Unit called to advise me that an Officer <br />Involved Shooting had just occurred and requested I respond to assist with the investigation. Sergeant Lemmon told <br />me to respond to the area of west 1st Street and Broadway in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange. <br />1910 hours: <br />I arrived at the location and waited for additional personnel to arrive. <br />2017 hours: <br />I checked in with Officer A. Carrillo #3424, who was the scribe at the scene. <br />2018 hours: <br />Sergeant L.
