When I asked Longoria if he was with Quirino on the day of this incident and he stated, he did not think he was. I then <br />showed Longoria a photograph of Dante Castro's Chevrolet Suburban ( ) and asked if he recognized the <br />vehicle. Longoria admitted to seeing the vehicle once or twice but claims he did not know who the vehicle belonged to <br />or where he remembered seeing the vehicle. I also advised Longoria that Castro owns the Chevrolet Suburban in the <br />photograph, which I had shown him earlier. I again asked Longoria if he had ever been in the vehicle. Longoria <br />replied, "Nah". <br />I asked Longoria for the phone number of the cellphone that was located on him at the time he was detained and he <br />stated his cellphone number was 714-822-9372. Longoria confirmed the phone located in his possession was the <br />phone he uses and it was operable. It should be noted, I later called the phone number provided by Longoria and <br />confirmed the number was operable and assigned to his cellphone. Longoria claimed to use the social media apps <br />SnapChat and Instagram. <br />I advised Longoria we were investigating this attempted homicide investigation and asked if he had any text <br />messages proving he was at the Gardens Casino during this incident. Longoria told us, "probably don't". I pointed <br />at the armed suspect exiting the rear passenger seat and asked Longoria who the subject was. Towards the end of the interview, Longoria began to "plead the fifth." Smith #3043, who advised me, Longoria had made one jail <br />call while he was housed at the Santa Ana Jail. She emailed me an audio file containing the jail call, which I <br />monitored.
