When I asked Longoria if he was with Quirino on the day of this incident and he stated, he did not think he was. I asked Longoria for the phone number of the cellphone that was located on him at the time he was detained and he stated his cellphone number was 714-822-9372. Longoria confirmed the phone located in his possession was the phone he uses and it was operable. It should be noted, I later called the phone number provided by Longoria and confirmed the number was operable and assigned to his cellphone.
