Narrative: Narrative May 18th, 2023 At my direction, Det G. Bodnar #3337 authored a search warrant for Longoria's cellphone (Apple iPhone) and call detail records for his designated Verizon carrier phone number . The following day, 05/19/2023, the Honorable Judge E. Rowe signed the warrant. Velasco was able to conduct a data extraction on Longoria's Apple iPhone. Throughout the following days, I was able to review the data extraction. The extraction confirmed the phone number and email assigned to the phone was and . The social media accounts associated were; Instagram- "heythatsmilkweed" and "victor.longoria.v2", Snapchat- "Meeks1503" and "Quirino_danny". It should be noted, there are multiple photographs of firearms, Longoria and other documented gang members from both criminal street gangs, &DOOH )ORUHV DQG 'HOKL It should be noted, on May 15th, 2023 Longoria shares a snapchat message/photograph displaying a black semi- automatic handgun in a case with an additional magazine. Longoria also asks, " U dont know anyone tryna get that ,Q P\ WUDLQLQJ DQG H[SHULHQFH , EHOLHYH /RQJRULD LV DWWHPSWLQJ WR VHOO WKH ILUHDUP GLVSOD\HG LQ WKH SKRWRJUDSKHG and describing it as a 45 caliber handgun. On February, 2023 Longoria shares a text message/photograph displaying another black semi-automatic handgun loaded with an extended magazine and an additional magazine on the side. Longoria also states, "12 if u can", "a rack" "or "9 without the 30 and be". In my training and experience, I believe Longoria is attempting to sell the firearm displayed in the photographed and implying without the extended magazine(30 rounds), he is willing to sell the firearm for $900.00 instead of $1200 or $1000 (rack). It should also be noted, six (6) .45 caliber cartridge cases and six (6) 9mm caliber cartridge cases were located at the scene. There are conversations with both Dante Castro and Daniel Quirino, along with photographs with all three subjects. Longoria also identifies himself on multiple occasions with the moniker of "Miklo" and has multiple photographs of KLPVHOI DORQH VHOILHV DQG ZLWK RWKHUV 3OHDVH UHIHU WR WKH DWWDFKHG H[WUDFWLRQ UHSRUW IRU IXUWKHU GHWDLOV RI WKH H[WUDFWLRQ It should be noted, Verizon wireless was served with a copy of the search warrant on 05/23/2023, but we are still awaiting for the call detail records to be returned. May 30th, 2023 Det. Velasco provided me a copy of Longoria's cellphone data extraction via a Cellebrite reader on a USB thumb drive. I later booked the USB as evidence at the Santa Ana Police Station.
