Capacete #2998 Search Warrant SAPD 23-07962 <br />Page 5 of 10 <br /> <br />Pursuant to Penal Code section 1546.1(d)(2), it is hereby ordered that any information obtained through the <br />execution of the warrant that is unrelated to the objective of the warrant shall be sealed and not subject to <br />review, use or disclosure without a court order. <br /> <br />The court orders that any items seized during the lawful service of this search warrant be disposed in <br />accordance with the law, by the Santa Ana Police Department, upon adjudication of the case.
