Narrative: Narrative <br />Wednesday, May 3, 2023 1130 hours: <br />On the above date and time, I went to Orange County Global Medical Center Medical Records <br />(OCGMCMR) building located at 1301 N. Tustin Avenue in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange. The <br />purpose for going to OCGMCMR was to pick up medical records for suspect Marvin Ricardo Melgarejo. <br />Upon arrival, I made contact with the receptionist and advised her I was there to pick up the medical records <br />for Melgarejo, which had been requested by Detective J. Capacete.
