Victim: Able Mendoza 06/15/62 Vehicle: 2004 GMC Envoy, four door, maroon, CA On 04/11/23 at approximately 2000 hours I responded to for follow-up crime scene LQYHVWLJDWLRQ RQ DQ RIILFHU LQYROYHG VKRRWLQJ It shall be noted that during the incident my department issued Axon body worn camera (BWC) was activated and UHFRUGLQJ DW FHUWDLQ SRLQWV LQ WKH LQYHVWLJDWLRQ Upon arrival I met with Officer Peralta #3602 who advised me victim had located two additional bullet holes in his vehicle. The vehicle was a maroon, four door, 2018 GMC Envoy, CA , parked facing south along the curb. I observed two previously marked bullet holes. The first was on the right front bumper marked with the letter ³A´and the second was a ricochet mark on the right front A-pillar marked with the letter ³B´ The following two bullet holes were discovered today by the owner. The first bullet hole was in the left front turn light. The bullet hole was marked with the letter ³C´and measured approximately ´up from the ground. The projectile went through the turn light housing and out the wheel well wall. The second bullet hole was in the roof rack. This hole was marked with the letter ³D´It measured approximately ´up from the ground and ´in from the drivers side edge of the vehicle. There was no exit hole in the roof rack. I took overall, mid-range and close-up photographs of the vehicle and the bullet holes. The photographs were uploaded into the Digital Image Management System (DIMS) at the Santa Ana Police Department. For further details refer to the crime report. FS-I M.
