SUPERINTENDENT and CITY shall be <br />collectively referred to as the Parties, is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />1.0 Section 2.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. <br />A_ SUPERINTENDENT agrees to: <br />1_ Administer GED testing to examinees and public examinees <br />identified by CITY. <br />2_ Provide GED testing materials, equipment and supplies <br />necessary to administer the GED testing. <br />3. Administer at least one (1) GED testing session testing <br />per month which consists of one (1) Saturday of testing <br />from 8:30 a_m. through 5:00 p.m. A11 examinees must be <br />in the testing room at 8:30 a_m. for registration and <br />testing will begin at 9:00 a.m. <br />4. Provide the examinees' GED test scores within three (3) <br />working days after they have been received from the state <br />GED office_ <br />5. Provide yearly schedule of GED testing dates to CITY. <br />6. Charge each examinee the following rates for the GED <br />Testing: <br />Page 1 <br />
