Narrative: Narrative <br />On 4-7-2023, I assisted in an officer-involved shooting investigation at Rosewood and Bishop. I arrived on scene at <br />1845 hours. I assisted with setting up crime scene tape on Shelton and Bishop. I was then tasked with canvassing the <br />area for possible surveillance cameras on Rosewood, north of Bishop. I located surveillance footage at the following <br />locations: <br /> I spoke with resident who stated she had surveillance cameras that face west <br />toward Rosewood. was unable to see the video footage due to internet issues. stated the footage <br />is saved for 14 days. <br />- I spoke with resident who stated he was outside mowing his front lawn when he heard <br />approximately 10 gunshots. then saw a male subject wearing a black hooded sweater, jeans and white shoes, <br />running northbound on the east side of the sidewalk. stated he was holding his arm as if he was shot. then hid <br />behind his vehicle parked on the street and several seconds later heard an additional 6-7 gunshots. <br /> had Ring camera footage of the male subject running northbound on the sidewalk of Rosewood across the street <br />from address at 1841 hours and then out of camera view. <br />- I spoke with resident who had Ring camera footage. was unable to <br />access the camera footage due to internet issues. <br />I sent an Evidence.com link to and <br />This concluded my involvement.
