Rosewood Ave and W. Bishop St. I responded to the scene, from the intersection of N. Sullivan St and W. 1st <br />St. When I arrived on scene, I took a perimeter post at the intersection of S. Rosewood St and W. Richland Ave. I <br />put up crime scene tape at the intersection of S. Rosewood St and W. Richland Ave <br />While I was on scene, I was contacted by a Spanish speaking citizen, whom I identified verbally as . <br />Another citizen, whom I identified verbally as , assisted me in translating my interview with <br />from Spanish to English. It should be noted that stated she is a fluent Spanish speaker who has been <br />speaking Spanish her entire life. <br />lives at with her two children . stated her children <br />saw someone walking down the street today (at an unknown time), possibly in the area of the officer involved <br />shooting, holding a handgun.
