Their decision is <br /> final unless appealed to the City Council within 10 days of the decision by any interested party or group. <br /> Project Location: 2117 North Greenleaf Street located within the Single-Family Residence (R1) <br /> zoning district. <br /> Project Applicant: Charles Allen-Walter and Travis Allen-Walter (Property Owner& Applicant) <br /> Project Description: Request for approval of Historic Resources Commission Application (HRCA) <br /> No. 2025-15, Historic Register Categorization (HRC) No. 2026-02, and Historic Property Preservation <br /> Application (HPPA) No. 2026-02 to allow the placement and categorization of the subject site in the Santa <br /> Ana Register of Historical Properties as "Contributive" and to execute a Historic Property Preservation <br /> Agreement with the City of Santa Ana. <br /> Environmental Impact: Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the CEQA <br /> Guidelines, the project is exempt from further review under Section 15331 (Class 31), as these actions <br /> are designed to preserve historic resources. A Categorical Exemption, ER No. 2026-13, will be filed for <br /> this project. <br /> Meeting Details: This matter will be heard on Thursday, March 5, at 4:30 p.m. in the City Council <br /> Chamber, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701. Members of the public may attend this meeting <br /> in-person or join via Zoom. For the most up to date information on how to participate virtually in this <br /> meeting, please visit www.santa-ana.orq/pb/meeting-participation. <br /> Written Comments: If you are unable to participate in the meeting, you may send written comments by e- <br /> mail to PBAeComments(a-)santa-ana.org (reference the topic in the subject line) or mail to Gema Zapien, <br /> Recording Secretary, City of Santa Ana, 20 Civic Center Plaza — M20, Santa Ana, CA 92701.
