Conduct a public hearing regarding the approval of the <br /> Housing Authority Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. <br /> 2. Adopt a resolution approving the Housing Authority Annual Plan for Fiscal Year <br /> 2026-2027 and directing the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to submit <br /> the Annual Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2026-001 entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING <br /> AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF <br /> THE ANNUAL PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 <br /> Chair Amezcua opened the Public Hearing at 9:02 P.M. <br /> Secretary Jennifer L.
