Our team will support entitlement, site plan, and building plan review <br /> phases by providing senior-level analysis,staff report preparation, and cross-departmental coordination. <br /> EPD's proposed scope aligns with the City's requested services: <br /> 1. Subject Matter Expertise—Specific Plan consistency review. <br /> 2. Project Review—Entitlement, site, and plan check review. <br /> 3. Project Management—Senior-level oversight and milestone tracking. <br /> 4. Coordination—Participation in meetings and hearings. <br /> 5. Availability—Full-time coverage during City business hours. <br /> 6. Technical Review—Written analyses, plan markups, and reports. <br /> 7. The Housing Element Update <br /> provided a plan to meet anticipated population growth and housing needs, including incorporation of an <br /> additional 6,782 housing units to meet Regional Housing Needs Allocation accommodating varying income <br /> distributions. EPD also assisted the City with preparation and distribution of SB 18 and AB 52 tribal <br /> consultation letters.
