S.A. 12‐022 <br />Investigator: Stan Berry Approved By: <br />Date of Report: September 10, 2012 Date: 09/11/12 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />the Internal Affairs conference room during the processing, but specifically <br /> , Attorney at Law, was present to witness the processing. <br /> OLSON began the processing and took seventeen photographs and collected evidence <br />under FR# 12‐53567. <br /> OLSON photographed Officer ENRIQUEZ in his uniform and collected the following <br />items: <br />1. Glock, model 22, 40 caliber pistol, serial number KEZ535 with a rail mounted <br />Streamlight, Model TRL‐1, serial number C4‐204591. <br />2. One 15 cartridge capacity magazine from gun containing 9 cartridges and 1 cartridge <br />from the chamber. <br />3. One 15 cartridge capacity magazine from duty belt containing 15 cartridges. <br />4. One 15 cartridge capacity magazine from duty belt containing 15 cartridges. <br /> I did not observe and ENRIQUEZ confirmed that he suffered no injuries to his person nor <br />was there damage to his uniform or equipment. The gun, magazines, and cartridges were <br />photographed. <br /> It appeared that all of the rounds collected from Officer ENRIQUEZ displayed a head <br />stamp of Winchester .40 S&W.
