S.A. 12‐022 <br />Investigator:  TOM CONKLIN Approved  By: <br />Date of Report: 10/03/12 Date:10/03/12 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />3 minutes after he heard the gunshots.  He observed a male, possibly Hispanic, dark skin, wearing <br />cache pants and  possibly a white tank top tee shirt, lying on the ground  on his “belly” in front of a <br />white vehicle. <br />Several police officers had  arrived  on scene and  some of the police officers rolled  the <br />subject over onto his back and  started  chest compressions.    did not observe the subject <br />moving during that time. <br />Eventually SAPD Patrol Officer GARCIA arrived  at  residence and  took his <br />statement.
