SA 12‐022 <br />Investigator: ANDREW ROSS Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 10/04/12 Date:10/10/12 <br />Page 23 of 76 <br />ENRIQUEZ: I see him from his left side. <br />ROSS: His left sideࡕ <br />ENRIQUEZ: Correct. <br />ROSS: ࡕ is sort bladed off toward you? <br />ENRIQUEZ: Correct. <br />ROSS: *** <br />ENRIQUEZ: And he’s facing the gentleman in wheel chair. <br />ROSS: Okay, and you said that he was, he was yelling at that person? <br />ENRIQUEZ: Yeah, he had a, an aggressive demeanor that caught my attention. <br />He was yelling. I couldn’t make it out, um, um, firm with him, <br />aggressive, al‐, almost threatening him and, you know, I couldn’t <br />make it out, but I knew based  on his body language, I knew <br />enough about people that he was upset about something. <br />ROSS: Okay, and, and his hands, what you could see of them, or his <br />arms, could  you describe that for me? <br />ENRIQUEZ: Yeah. I’ll just stand ࡕ they were like this, closed. <br />ROSS: So, so you’re grasping your hands togetherࡕ <br />ENRIQUEZ: I’m holding my hand, um, elbows are high and, and, you know, <br />umࡕ person’s articulation, um, much like a baseball pitcher would <br />beࡕ <br />ROSS: Um, okay.
