SA 12‐022 <br />Investigator: ANDREW ROSS Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 10/04/12 Date:10/10/12 <br />Page 62 of 76 <br />ENRIQUEZ: Umࡕ ye‐, there was like a black object by the front of the car, <br />something black, not sure what it was, um, shiny. Um, again, I <br />didn’t want to get too close and the light was poor, because of the <br />Jeep casting a shadow, but there’s shiny by left hand or <br />something over there. <br />ROSS: Okay, so shiny as in? <br />ENRIQUEZ: Like metallic or glass looking likeࡕ <br />ROSS: Okay, but it was also black? <br />ENRIQUEZ: Yes. <br />ROSS: Orࡕ okay. <br />ENRIQUEZ: Yes, that’s what I saw. <br />ROSS: Okay, so something black that had  a  shine coming from it? <br />ENRIQUEZ: Correct. <br />ROSS: Okay, it looked somewhat metallic? <br />ENRIQUEZ: Correct. <br />ROSS: Okay, uh, but you couldn’t make out what the object was? <br />ENRIQUEZ: No. <br />ROSS: Okay. Umࡕ how, how long did you maintain that, that position? <br />ENRIQUEZ: When my backup cameࡕ within seconds other officers came so I <br />retreated back and just maintained a  position for other officers to <br />move in. <br />ROSS: Okay. When you say retreated  back, where, where abouts did you <br />move to?
