SA 12‐022 <br />Investigator: ANDREW ROSS Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 10/04/12 Date:10/10/12 <br />Page 64 of 76 <br />ENRIQUEZ: (SIGHS)ࡕ and, um, he’s, uh, they go and they clear the car, stand <br />by the, uh, suspect and contact the wheel chair guy and start to <br />stabilize the scene. <br />ROSS: Okay, um, again while, while you’re standing here observing, are <br />you ab‐, able to identify (BACKGROUND NOISE) what that object is <br />(BACKGROUND NOISE) that’s, that’s nearby him? Do ࡕ <br />ENRIQUEZ: No. <br />ROSS: ࡕ do any of the officers (BACKGROUND NOISE) secure that object <br />orࡕ <br />ENRIQUEZ: No, I, I, at that point I was away from the scene. <br />ROSS: Okay. <br />ENRIQUEZ: I didn’t get any closer. The closest I was if anything was when I <br />shot him the two times hereࡕ <br />ROSS: Okay. <br />ENRIQUEZ: ࡕ the two rounds. After that I wasࡕ um, taking back and <br />eventually within moment take back to station. <br />ROSS: Okay. Umࡕ uh, I want to go back a little bit.  Uh, when you first <br />pull up on these two subjects, that’s something I wanted  to ask <br />you earlier, umࡕ the suspect who’s standing over the other, can <br />you provide a  description of him at that time? <br />ENRIQUEZ: Yeah, male, Hispanic, umࡕ he was wearing blue, baggy jeans, um, <br />heavily tattooed, um, believe he had  a  shaved head, umࡕ pretty <br />much what matched  the description of the call and, umࡕ
