Umࡕ I may have heard, um, some <br />metal or something on the ground but nothing too definite or <br />concrete, just suspicion but nothing that was concrete. <br />ROSS: But nothing that sounded like the mechanics (BACKGROUND <br />NOISE) of, of a firearm? <br />ENRIQUEZ: No, for example, if, if, if there was semi‐automatic weapon in <br />play, I would be able to distinctly identity a, uh, the, the slide <br />locking or the slide loading, things of that sort. <br />ROSS: Sure. <br />ENRIQUEZ: A magazine being loaded. <br />ROSS: Okay. <br />ENRIQUEZ: Um, you know, so, umࡕ <br />ROSS: Or revol‐, if it was a revolver, the ࡕ <br />ENRIQUEZ: A cylinder turning, things of thatࡕ <br />(TALK AT THE SAME TIME) <br />ROSS: That sort of thing, yeah. <br />ENRIQUEZ: ࡕ sort, yeah. There was no one around. It was quiet. <br />ROSS: Okay. <br />ENRIQUEZ: Um, but again my focus was on ࡕ his actions, and visually.
