SA 12‐022 <br />Investigator:  Approved By: <br />Date of Report:9/10/12 Date: 09/11/12 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />the inside of the upper right arm with an apparent projectile palpable on the posterior aspect <br />of the upper right arm.  A copper jacketed bullet core was recovered from that arm during <br />surgery. <br />  observed non‐descript scrapes to ALMANZA’s right back/flank area which did not <br />appear to him to have resulted  from a gunshot.    did not observe any further injuries to <br />ALMANZA. <br />ALMANZA did not make any statements to   which indicated  how he suffered  the <br />gunshot wounds.
