Failure to Maintain Insurance Coverage If Evident,for any reason,fails to mairtain insurance coverage,which is required pursuant to this Agreement,for ttie c r:tire term of this contract, and the same is not cured after receipt of written notice from Relying Party and ru=,s-,able timeframe for cure(at least 15 business days),the same shall be deemed a material breach of Agreement.
