(9) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />ATTACHMENT G <br />STATEMENT REGARDING COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT (CWA) <br />REQUIREMENTS <br />This is to certify that the undersigned Proposer and subconsultants have read and undertand the CWA <br />entered into by and between the City of Santa Ana, Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and <br />Construction Trades Council, and the signatory Craft Councils and Local Unions, effective as of June 6, <br />2023. The Undersigned Proposer hereby agrees to comply with all terms and conditions of the CWA, and <br />are capable of completing construction of the project continuously, without interruptions or delays.
