Erickson #238 Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 9/9/13 Date: 10/28/2013 <br />Page 9 of 13 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> On June 27, 2013, at approximately 1637 hours, I conducted a follow-up canvass in the <br />same apartment buildings with Orange County District Attorney Investigator FRANK REYNOSO. <br />REYNOSO is a certified Spanish language interpreter for the Orange County District Attorney’s <br />Office. During our canvass on that date, Reynoso and I conducted audio digitally recorded <br />interviews of the following individuals: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> was asleep in the north bedroom of her apartment when she woke up to the <br />sound of approximately four gunshots. She did not get out of bed to see what had happened. <br />She did not see or hear anything else. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> was in bed asleep at the time of the incident. He did not wake up when the <br />incident occurred. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> was asleep in her living room when she woke up to the sound of <br />approximately ten gunshots or fireworks. She was not sure what she was hearing initially, but <br />then she heard someone say something like, “Stop.” The living room window was open and <br />after the initial gunshots, she could hear the footsteps of someone running in the alley. She <br />then heard approximately five more gunshots. She eventually got up and looked out the
