Kendrick # 257 Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 07-24-13 Date: 10/03/2013 <br />Page 8 of 12 <br /> On Thursday, July 18, 2013, SAPD Detective JUDSON spoke with in Spanish <br />by phone. told Detective JUDSON that on Sunday, June 23, 2013, he did not witness <br />or hear the shooting incident. <br /> On Friday, July 19, 2013, at 0640 hours, SAPD Detective JUDSON and I attempted to <br />contact at his residence, and got no answer. I left a business card for to <br />call me. At approximately 0913 hours, I called cellular telephone. A male <br />answered the phone and claimed he was however he claimed he did not speak English. <br />I requested OCDA Supervising Investigator RANDY LITWIN to assist me with interviewing <br /> When I attempted to called back, his telephone went to voice mail. At <br />the time of writing this report, I have not been able to speak with <br /> <br /> <br /> On Sunday, June 23, 2013, was awakened by approximately six to eight <br />gunshots. went to her vehicle, which was parked by the west alley, and saw police <br />officers. returned to her apartment. did not witness the shooting incident. <br /> <br /> <br /> On Sunday, June 23, 2013, at approximately 0805 hours, was awakened by six <br />gunshots, a pause, and then another five gunshots. did not witness the shooting <br />incident. <br /> <br /> <br />On Sunday, June 23, 2013, was awakened by approximately eight gunshots, a <br />pause and another eight gunshots. did not witness the shooting incident. <br />
