GONZALEZ, Jessica <br />ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF~CORONER <br />AUTOPSY REPORT <br />PATHOLOGIC DIAGNOSIS <br />I. Multiple blunt force injuries: <br />13-02615-BB <br />Page 14 <br />A. Minor contusions of the neck, bilateral lower extremities, and the <br />left forearm. <br />B. Minor abrasion of the right cheek. <br />II. Tangential gunshot wound of ventral right forearm: <br />A. X-ray of right forearm reveals two tiny fragments of radiopaque <br />projectile. <br />B. An indentation and fracture identified of the right ulna on x-ray. <br />Ill. Penetrating gunshot wound of ventral lateral right arm: <br />A. Entry: Ventral lateral right arm. <br />B. Exit: Ventral medial right arm. <br />C. Re-entry: Lateral right chest/axilla. <br />D. Perforates right lung, right hemidiaphragm, and becomes lodged <br />within left lumbar spine. <br />E. Bullet: Recovered from left lumbar spine (L 1-L2). <br />IV. Perforating gunshot wound of right back: <br />A. Entry: Upper right back. <br />B. Perforates right lung, grazes the heart, and perforates left lung <br />before exiting the left chest. <br />C. Exit: Inferior medial left breast. <br />V. Perforating gunshot wound of left back: <br />A. Entry: Lateral left back. <br />B. Perforates left lung, midline left hemidiaphragm, lumbar spinal <br />column and spinal cord, and exits the midline right back. <br />CAUSE OF DEATH: Multiple gunshot wounds. <br />6/27/2013 bl (13547)
