BEASLEY collected the following <br />items and booked them into evidence at the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. <br />• One pair of black women’s underwear containing buttocks pads <br />• One pair of black, boxer type, underwear <br />• One pair of black, Victoria’s Secret brand, underwear <br />• One pair of white socks <br />• One beige boot <br />• Once black, Vans brand, tennis shoe <br />• One pair of blue sweat pants, cut <br />• One blood soaked white sweatshirt <br />• Two blood soaked T-shirts <br />• $135 dollars in U.S. Currency
