All trauma patients that are unconscious when they are admitted to UCIMC’S <br />Emergency room, are given the name DOE, ISOLATE. confirmed that she had <br />completed the UCIMC’S Emergency Department’s Flow Sheet for a patient named, DOE, <br />ISOLATE, patient number #9066488 the morning of June 23, 2013. Patient DOE, ISOLATE has <br />now been positively identified as JESSICA GONZALEZ.
