Prior to the <br />interview, CRAFT advised that his statement was free and voluntary. The following is a <br />summary of the interview: <br /> CRAFT has been employed by SAPD as a sergeant for 3 years and a police officer for 8 <br />years. Prior to working for SAPD, CRAFT was employed by the San Jose Police Department as a <br />police officer for 12 years. CRAFT was assigned to day shift, and his scheduled work days were <br />Sunday through Tuesday, and every fourth Saturday.
