ODUNT'f', OALIPORNIA <br />Items collected from SAPD Officer Gary AYALA #3294: <br />• 1-Glock Model 22 .40 Auto (SN# LXN640) <br />• 1-Round from chamber <br />• I-Magazine <br />• 7-Rounds from magazine (Winchester .40 S&W) <br />• 2-Additional magazines with 15 rounds each (Winchester .40 S&W) <br />DNA Reference/Buccal swab(s) collected: No <br />Work order submitted: No <br />If other exams are needed, a request must be submitted by investigations. <br />Labeled photo images are available upon request. <br />FR#: 13-48764 <br />On 06/23/13 I responded to UCI Medical Center to photograph the decedent Jessica GONZALEZ and <br />the Santa Ana Police Department to process Officer Saul ESQUIEVEL #3295 and Officer Gary <br />AYALA #3294. <br />UCI MEDICAL CENTER: <br />I responded to the Douglas Hospital emergency room bed #16 located within UCI Medical Center in the <br />city of Orange and met with the following investigators: DA Investigator K. DeGraffenreid, SAPD <br />Detective J. Launi, SAPD Detective J. Garcia, and OCSD Deputy Coroner B. Beasley. I was requested <br />to take photographs of the decedent Jessica GONZALEZ. <br />Injuries were observed and photographed on the following areas of her body: right arm, left side of <br />chest, back, and left shoulder.
