13-015 <br />Investigator: DEAN FULCHER Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 06/25/13 Date: 07/08/2013 <br />Page 1 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CASE NAME: GONZALEZ, JESSICA <br />CLASSIFICATION: OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTING (FATAL) <br />TYPE: SCENE <br />AGENCY: SANTA ANA POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> On June 23, 2013, at approximately 0835 hours, Orange County District Attorney <br />Supervising Investigator (OCDA) MARK GUTIERREZ contacted me regarding a Santa Ana Police <br />Department (SAPD) officer involved shooting incident. GUTIERREZ requested I respond to 805 <br />South Townsend Street, in the city of Santa Ana, to assist in the investigation. At approximately <br />1013 hours, I arrived at the incident scene and met with investigators from the Orange County <br />District Attorney’s Office and the Santa Ana Police Department. <br /> At approximately 1050 hours, SAPD Sergeant PHIL KRAFT conducted a briefing of the <br />known circumstances surrounding the incident for the personnel involved in the investigation. <br /> At the conclusion of the briefing, GUTIERREZ teamed me with SAPD Detective RASHAD <br />WILSON and assigned me to supervise the processing of the scene by Orange County Crime Lab <br />personnel. <br /> The following personnel from Orange County Crime Lab (OCCL) completed the <br />processing of the scene under OCCL FR# 13-48764: <br />• FELICIA BURKE Forensic Scientist Evidence Collection <br />• JEANNIE TRAN Forensic Specialist Scene Mapping/Photography <br />• KELLI COGERT Lead Forensic Specialist Scene Mapping/Photography <br />• SUSAN MOORE Lead Forensic Specialist Scene Mapping <br />ORANGE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE <br />BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION <br /> <br />SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT <br />
