Dawson Approved By: Date of Report: 11/20/13 Date: 11/20/2013 Page 22 of 25 • One (1) gunshot entry wound to upper right back, through tattoo • One (1) gunshot exit wound to left breast, below nipple • One (1) gunshot entry wound to upper left back • One (1) gunshot exit wound to lower right back • One (1) grazing wound to lower left back • Tattoo of an unknown picture on upper right back • Tattoo of “Mi Vieja Aurora” on center of upper back During the autopsy, Doctor DAVENPORT made the following observations in relation to the gunshot entry wound to the right forearm: • The wound proceeded from the right forearm and struck the bone. The bullet fragmented and she was unable to recover any fragments. During the autopsy, Doctor DAVENPORT made the following observations in relation to the gunshot entry wound to the top right bicep: • The wound proceeded from the top right bicep, exited the inner right bicep, entered the right armpit area, and proceeded from the right chest cavity through the right lung, lodging in the spine. During the autopsy, Doctor DAVENPORT made the following observations in relation to the gunshot entry wound to the upper right back, through the picture tattoo: • The wound was through and through, proceeding from the upper right back, through the right lung, grazed the heart, through the left lung and exited the left breast. During the autopsy, Doctor DAVENPORT made the following observations in relation to the gunshot wound to the upper left back: • The wound was through and through, proceeding from the upper left back, through the left chest cavity, left lung, diaphragm, spine, and exited the lower right back.
